Rona POS Data
Rona has finally made POS data available on a regular and weekly basis, through their vendor portal. The POS data is in a pre-formatted excel report. The report includes sales units, sales dollars, and inventory by store by SKU. Remember to pick up your data weekly before it disappears.

Tractor Supply makes its POS and inventory data available through its supplier portal each week. Once in their portal, you/we will be able to access your sales and inventory results by store and your e-commerce sales to download.

There are two levels of access in Amazon’s Vendor Central portal, a basic level, and a premium level. The premium level, called Brand Analytics, provides an expanded list of sales and inventory data options.

Canadian Tire changed their POS data reporting to include top-line sales by product and removed sales by store by product. However, suppliers can ask their buyer to have sales by location included again in their reporting. Remember to retrieve your reports weekly as they are deleted after four weeks.

Lowe's POS Data
Lowe’s POS data is available through its LowesLink portal. The POS data includes sales units, sales dollars, and inventory by store by SKU. All e-commerce results are shown by location and included in their weekly sales data.

Shoppers Drug Mart provides its POS data to suppliers through email and a vendor portal. Their POS data includes both unit and dollar sales by SKU and inventory by store.

Walmart provides suppliers with access to its powerful RetailLink portal POS data. It is a very robust portal with access to all types of information and reports. All you require is patience and time, as it can often take hours to run reports.

Best Buy will share its store and e-commerce unit sales and inventory via an 852 EDI file each week. It is important to retrieve your weekly EDI files as soon as possible, as they are only available for one week before they disappear.

Costco provides a rolling 6 weeks of sales and inventory information, in an Excel format, from their portal. Their POS data also includes valuable supply chain information including, stock on order and stock in-transit information that we load into your Krunchbox site.

Menard's POS Data
Menard's has its POS data available, every week, through their secure vendor portal. This portal comes with an RSA security token that requires the user to enter randomized security codes during their session to maintain connectivity to the site. It is one of the more complex and at times, “frustrating” retailer portals to use.

Target provides it's vendors with access to their POS and inventory data through their multiple portals. Depending on your product category and or supplier status, your company will be assigned a specific portal to access and retrieve your POS and inventory data.

Williams Sonoma POS Data
Williams Sonoma delivers your POS and inventory data weekly in excel. The file will include top level results in dollars and units, by product and is split between e-comm and store sales. On the inventory side it provides e-commerce and store inventory.
